30 days from delivery
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order, including when you change your mind or when an item has a quality problem. Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Return shipping
We pay the return shipping cost for both change-of-mind returns and quality-related returns. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping arrangement. Please contact us before sending a package; our business address is not automatically the return destination.
Refund timing
After the return is reviewed and the refund is approved, we process the refund within 10 business days. Once issued to the original payment method, it usually takes a further 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges and damaged deliveries
Tell us which item you would like to exchange and the replacement you prefer. Availability is checked before we arrange the exchange. For a damaged or incorrect delivery, contact us with the order details and photographs if available so we can help resolve the issue.
