Where do you ship?

We ship throughout Canada, including Quebec and all territories.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free.

When should I expect my order?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. We cover return shipping for change-of-mind and quality-related returns.

Which currency and payment methods are used?

Prices are in CAD. The payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout.

How long does a refund take?

We process refunds within 10 business days after approval. Once issued, funds usually appear within another 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
